We select a system to suit the roof — commonly single-ply, GRP or high-performance felt — based on size, falls, foot traffic and detailing rather than a one-size-fits-all product.
Can you improve the falls so water drains?+
In many cases falls can be improved with tapered insulation or deck adjustment so water reaches the outlets. We confirm what is achievable after inspecting the existing build-up.
How long does a flat roof last?+
