AfterBlack mould and damp treated, room reinstated
The problem
Persistent black mould and damp staining had taken hold on internal walls, leaving the room cold, discoloured and unhealthy to live in.
Our approach
We identified the moisture source first, treated the affected area, and reinstated the wall with a compatible plaster system rather than simply painting over the problem.
The outcome
A clean, dry, fully reinstated room — ready for redecoration and free of the recurring mould that had returned time and again.

The problem
A tired external elevation had cracked, stained render that was letting moisture track into the wall and looked well past its best.
Our approach
The failed render was stripped back, the substrate assessed and prepared, and a fresh, weather-resistant render system applied across the elevation.
The outcome
A clean, uniform finish that protects the wall from driving rain and completely transforms the appearance of the property.

The problem
A prominent gable had weathered badly, with patchy, discoloured render detracting from the whole property.
Our approach
We removed the old coating, made good the background and re-rendered the full gable to a smooth, consistent finish.

A crisp, hard-wearing gable that matches the rest of the home and stands up to local weather exposure.

The problem
The exterior render had aged and cracked, leaving the bungalow looking dated and vulnerable to moisture ingress.
Our approach
A full strip and re-render, with careful attention to detailing around openings so water is directed away from the structure.
