We investigate roofing, rainwater and plumbing routes and carry out roof repairs, re-roofing, flat roofs, chimney-stack work and plumbing leak repairs in-house. Below-ground drainage excavation and structural engineering are referred where they fall outside our direct scope.

Why does my wall become damp after rain?+
Rain-related timing suggests water ingress, but the route may be some distance from the visible patch. Gutters, flashings, pointing, render, openings and cavities all require consideration.
Can blocked gutters cause damp inside?+
Yes. Overflow can saturate masonry or direct water into vulnerable junctions. The gutter fault should be corrected before damaged internal finishes are reinstated.
Will you repair a roof defect?+
Yes. We carry out roof repairs, re-roofing, flat roofs and chimney-stack work in-house. Major structural roof rebuilds are referred to an appropriate specialist where needed.
