Why is my chimney breast damp?+

Can you remove a chimney we no longer use?+
Yes. Where a stack is redundant we can remove it and drop it into the roof line, then re-tile and make the roof watertight. We confirm any structural considerations before starting.
Do you repoint and reflash existing stacks?+
Yes. Where the stack is sound we repoint the joints, renew the flaunching and dress new lead flashing into the mortar to stop water tracking in.
